The Court of Responsibility issued Wednesday an advance ruling in the intervention of “Flagship Investments” and “Al-Aziziya” against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The decision will be announced on December 24th.
“Is this my last appearance in court,” Nawaz Sharif asked the judge of the court of responsibility. He said it was his 78th court appearance, but no bribery can be proven.
A little earlier, Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer had asked another client once a week to submit additional documents regarding the details of his son Hassan Nawaz’s property.
The prosecutor objected to the NAB’s recognition, pointing out that these tactics were delayed by the defendant.
Judge Arshad Malik rejected Nawaz Sharif and his decision on the NAB until 24 December.
