INTERIOR MINISTER AHSAN IQBAL SAID ON WEDNESDAY IN WASHINGTON DURING HIS PRESS CONFERENCE THAT AMERICA INDICATE THAT AMERICA IS NOT PLANNING TO STOP ECONOMICAL SUPPORT OF PAKISTAN.

AHSAN IQBAL SAID THIS AT THE TIME WHEN AMERICAN CONGRESS PRESENTED A BILL TO STOP PAKISTAN’S ECONOMICAL SUPPORT. IN A SPECIAL DISCUSSION AHSAN IQBAL TOLD THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT LOBBIES IN EVERY COUNTRY WHO PRESENTS THESE KIND OF BILLS BUT WE TALKED TO AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION AND THE INDICATE US THAT THEY DON’T HAVE ANY INTENTION TO STOP PAKISTAN’S ECONOMICAL SUPPORT.
HE ALSO TALKED ABOUT USAMA’S PRESENCE IN PAKISTAN. HE SAID THAT THERE ARE NO EVIDENCES ON WHICH BEHALF ANYONE CAN SAY THAT PAKISTAN WAS HELPING USAMA. HE ALSO DISCUSSED AFGHANISTAN ISSUE AND CLEARLY CONVEYED A MESSAGE TO AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION THAT PAKISTAN AND AFGHANISTAN BOTH ARE SO IMPORTANT FOR THE REGION.
